A sweet white fortified made from Muscat Petit Grains, Muscadelle and Semillon.
The fully ripened grapes are harvested and allowed to ferment, half way through the fermentation premium brandy spirit is added and the wine is aged in oak casks for up to 6 years.
The finished wine is a deep golden, amber colour and displays a rich, fragrant nose of orange marmalade, hints of honey and treacle.
The full bodied and lingering velvety palate is deliciously rich and smooth.
Enjoy slightly chilled as an aperitive or at the end of a fine meal with figs, hard cheeses and quince jelly.
