This oak aged Malbec is made from Grapes grown on the high Mendoza plateau, in the foothills of the Andes. The Falesco family have been producing fine wines in Mendoza for over 80 years. This wine comes from their vineyards in the sub region of of La Consulta and Uco Valley at an altitude of 1,100 metres.
In colour it is deep purple with shades of violet. It has complex aromas of of dark berry fruits including plum and cherry with appealing notes of chocolate, coffee and tobacco from the 6 months of oak ageing. On taste it is well balanced with intense flavours of red and black fruits, ripe tannins and long finish.
