100% Aglianico, the vinification is carried out with maceration on the skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. After bottling it continues to age well in bottle.
It has intense ruby colour and delicate scent with red fruit hints. The taste is dry with hints of raspberries, harmonious with a rich, full finish.
Perfect with game and red meat dishes and with medium-hard matured cheeses.
