Description

Sharpham Winery, Totnes, South Devon.

We’ve known Sharphams for over 20 years and their wines have always been consistently good.

This delicious dry white is made from Madeleine Angevine grapes which were barrel fermented in new and 1 year old oak casks.

Distinct nettles and green apples aromas, followed on taste with zesty crisp fruitiness, hints of gooseberries and subtle oak characters to finish but ages well for up to 5 years.

A great match for lightly char-grilled white meats.  Perfect with smoked fish dishes.

Sommelier Wine Awards – Gold & ‘Critics Choice’ Trophy.

Taste of the West – Trophy – in the best Wine Category 2017.
