Wine Tastings
Written by Martin Chapman Tuesday, 16 April 2013

Wine Tastings on Sundays are a regular feature at our Wine Barn. Wine producers are often
in attendance to meet you and answer all your questions about their wines.
These are very popular and enjoyable occasions where you can taste real quality wines at very reasonable prices.
Remember, we specialise in advising you on, and recommending to you, wines that will suit your palate and your pocket.
Come to our Second Spring Tasting taking place this Sunday 19th May, between 11am and 3pm.
We shall be tasting an excellent selection of new wines.
« New will be the excellent Máté Brunello di Montalcino wines from Tuscany. Multi award winning wines never seen in this country before now. A fantastic selection to taste.
« New from California will be the superb Morning Fog Chardonnay from Wente Bros, Livermore County, together with their excellent Merlot.
« Another chance to taste the amazing Chateau de Camplazens wines from the Languedoc in southern France This is a fabulous multi award winning selection of quality wines including a single varietal Syrah and the rich and flavoursome ‘Premium’ and ‘Reserve’ Wines. These are truly great wines at affordable prices.
Add to these a selection of other quality whites and reds particularly with the Spring season in mind and we have all the makings of yet another fine tasting.
All in all a unique occasion and we look forward to seeing you and your wine loving friends on the day.
