Bush Vine means 'untrellised' vines. It is a very traditional method of growing vines resulting in extremely small yields and a unique style. This wine exhibits grassy and herbaceous characteristics due the the shaded canopy. It has rich fruit flavours, considerable structure, crisp acidity and a high class extended finish. Will drink now but can develop with bottle maturation.
Complex with hints of cherries, raspberries and spicy vanilla overtones. Excellent!
Silver Medal Winner at the 2009 Air New Zealand Wine Show.
We have been the UK agents for Rossendale Wines since 1999 when we introduced it to the UK market.
This excellent wine has been and is still very popular with our customers who enjoy the delicious gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours and characteristics. This is a superb example of quality Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
